The Australian Vaccination-risks Network (AVN) is excited to announce that extensive exploratory work from our legal counsel has come back in favour of pursuing a Federal Court case against the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
Senior Counsel engaged by AVN believes strongly in these proceedings and has set forth a comprehensive plan for achieving a successful outcome. Due to the time sensitivity and urgency of this issue, the legal team is currently actioning final items of importance needed to bring the case properly before the Federal Court within January 2022.
Late last year, AVN fortuitously received the legal opinion of former barrister Julian Gillespie, an opinion that was carefully reviewed by a former Justice of the Federal Court of Australia, and a world-famous Queen’s Counsel (QC), who both deemed the legal grounds for Judicial Review to have merit. Today, after this thorough assessment process, the AVN now has formerly engaged Senior Counsel concluding the matter must go forward, without hesitation.
AVN’s existing community showed up in financial force, and alongside contributions from newer supporters whose concerns are specific to COVID-19 vaccinations, $160,000 of the needed $300,000 has been given so far.
To date, the use of these funds has included acquiring expert witness opinions, and formally engaging instructing solicitors, a barrister (Mr. Jeremy L Harrison of Wentworth Chambers), and Senior Counsel (Mr. Mark Robinson of Maurice Byers Chambers), to assess the potential objections of proceeding, review the 800-page existing opinion document, review precedents for this kind of case, and look at the evidence surrounding the claims being made.
After this extensive effort, AVN is thrilled to confirm that Senior Counsel Mr. Robinson has advised for proceedings to commence as soon as possible, where we will seek to halt the use of these experimental vaccines for all Australians, and particularly for children aged five to eleven.
As the government continues to wreak unprecedented havoc on the professional and personal lives of Australians who wish to make their own health decisions, we recognise this is a challenging time to contribute financially.
At the same time, there will be no relief from this continued assault on our way of life without an effort such as this to require the government and TGA to right their wrongs.
As our Counsel prepare for a January 2022 Federal Court battle, time is of the essence.
