This case could set a dangerous precedent

“it is difficult to see why the same reasoning wouldn’t apply to COVID vaccinations”, adding it would extend beyond childcare to other industries such as aged care.

A childcare worker who suffered from autoimmune conditions and was sacked for refusing to get vaccinated has lost a legal claim to get her job back.

Bou-Jamie Barber claimed she had been unfairly fired when she was sacked from the childcare chain in August last year after she refused to get a flu vaccination. Fair Work Commission deputy president Nicholas Lake dismissed Ms Barber’s case. He found it was reasonable to require childcare staff to have a vaccine because of children’s risk of influenza, close contact, and the inability of some to have a vaccine because of their age.

Barrister Ian Neil SC, a labour law expert who was not involved in the Barber case, said it was the first considered decision on the subject and suggested employers with vulnerable workforces could mandate a coronavirus vaccine.

This case could set a dangerous precedent as Industrial law allows employers to issue lawful and reasonable directions to staff, including on issues such as a vaccine. This issue is being discussed among businesses, which are uncertain whether it is “lawful and reasonable” to compel their employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Bou-Jamie Barber has until May 11 to file an appeal.

Australia deliberates once again

AstraZeneca injection

The federal government’s vaccine committee is unlikely to change its advisory for people aged over 50 having the AstraZeneca vaccine after considering new European research that suggests it is twice as prevalent as previously reported.

New data from the Medical Healthcare products and Regulatory Agency (MHRA) reveals that blood clot cases have risen from 79 to 168 since April 8, and deaths from 19 to 32.

About a quarter of those people who get the clots die. This is no trivial matter. These are experimental injections. As the Federal Minister for Health, Greg Hunt admitted on Insiders

The world is engaged in the largest clinical trial, the largest global vaccination trial ever, and we will have enormous amounts of data.

Moderna document – vaccine is gene therapy

Mainstream news sources continue to assert that Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna Covid-19 shots are not gene therapy.

The Covid-19 mRNA vaccines are not gene therapy because they are not designed to alter or change your genes in any way.

However here is proof that mRNA is not a vaccine but a GENE THERAPY (page 70)

“Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA. Unlike certain gene therapies that irreversibly alter cell DNA and could act as a source of side effects, mRNA-based medicines are designed to not irreversibly change cell DNA; however, side effects observed in gene therapy could negatively impact the perception of mRNA medicines despite the differences in mechanism. In addition, because no product in which mRNA is the primary active ingredient has been approved, the regulatory pathway for approval is uncertain. The number and design of the clinical trials and preclinical studies required for the approval of these types of medicines have not been established, may be different from those required for gene therapy products, or may require safety testing like gene therapy products. Moreover, the length of time necessary to complete clinical trials and to submit an application for marketing approval for a final decision by a regulatory authority varies significantly from one pharmaceutical product to the next, and may be difficult to predict.”

Do COVID Vaccines Disrupt Women’s Menstrual Cycles?

There are anecdotal reports of women experiencing changes to their menstrual cycle leading them to question if it’s related to the Covid vaccines.

According to the Defender

So far, there’s no data linking COVID vaccines to changes in menstruation. But two Yale University experts wrote in The New York Times last week there could be a connection.

“There are many reasons vaccination could alter menstruation,”

wrote Alice Lu-Culligan, an M.D. and Ph.D. student at Yale School of Medicine, and Dr. Randi Epstein, writer in residence at Yale School of Medicine.

Every month the lining of the uterus thickens, driven by a steady increase in oestrogen, so that a fertilized egg can implant. If there is no conception, levels of progesterone plummet, causing most of the uterine layer to slough off, causing the bleeding. But periods also involve the immune system, as the thickening and thinning of the uterine lining are facilitated by different teams of immune cells and signals moving in and out of the reproductive tract.

Side effects involving menstruation are typically not included among the adverse events monitored in clinical research—they should be.

Two Australian men die after COVID-19 vaccine

A review by Australian health authorities is to take place following reports two men have died after receiving a coronavirus vaccine in New South Wales.  The Federal Department of Health said it would not comment on the individual cases, but it’s reported a man, aged in his 50’s, died at a hospital in Tamworth.  The 55-year-old man died in a Tamworth hospital due to blood clots to the lungs, eight days after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine. The second person is a 71- year-old who had ongoing health concerns who passed away in Sydney after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccination.

The Therapeutic Drugs Administration (TGA) is working to understand the reason behind both cases but say no link has been established to the jab.

This was predictable. It is never the vaccine!

What is the media NOT telling you about India

Morgan C. Jonas puts the Indian story in context. The recent reporting on India completely lacks context, such as the ever-challenging state of health care, hospitals and infection-prone environments. In this video he addresses these issues.

The Contagion Myth

This is a fascinating book

In The Contagion Myth, authors Thomas Cowan and Sally Fallon Morell urge us to look elsewhere for the causes of disease such as pollution in the form of electromagnetic poisoning, toxins and nutritional deficiencies.

According to the authors

the vast majority of illness that seems to be contagious is in reality just people exposed to similar toxins or suffering from the same nutritional deficiencies

And some diseases can be spread by resonance

In chapter 7 the authors discuss resonance and include a discussion of “measles parties” and delve into the problem of how to explain what seems to be the contagious nature of childhood diseases like measles, mumps and chicken pox. The authors use the ‘phenomena of resonance’ to help us understand why measles, mumps and chicken pox seem to be contagious.

One child puts out a message through exosomes that now is the time to go through the detoxifying experience called chicken pox. Other children in their home or class or town receive the message and begin the same detoxification experience. In the end, the children are all better off for having ‘sung’ together.

An amazing read.
