Update on the AVN’s
No Jab, No Pay High Court Case
There have been a lot of questions from amongst our membership and others who support informed choice about where the court case against No Jab, No Pay is up to at the present time.
In our last update, we informed everyone that due to the need to keep strategies confidential, very little information would be forthcoming until such time as our paperwork was filed. As I’m sure you are aware, both the government and the pharmaceutical lobby/those with vested interests would love to know what we are planning, but it is not in anyone’s best interests to reveal any information until such time as that is required.
With that said, I can let you know that we have had some positive information from our legal team, who have identified at least one additional potential argument and are looking at more avenues for appealing against this draconian legislation. We hope to have a final opinion by the end of this month and whatever we can tell you, we will – but please be aware that our next update may just be to say that the opinion has been completed and we will be going ahead with the court case.
For those who claim that the AVN has been unnecessarily secretive about these issues, please be aware that every communication regarding this case has been cleared by our legal team and they are the ones who determine what can and cannot be released. It would be ignorant and careless of us to say anything that will jeapordise this case in any way!

Since 1994, the AVN has represented, supported and informed the Australian population and our membership regarding any issues of health choice, discrimination, financial penalties and scientific data – especially regarding the issues of vaccination and natural health.

US CDC/HHS asks for power to
detain/vaccinate/medicate anyone for SUSPICION of infection
This is an important story and it shows how vital it is for nations to share information across borders. This US legislation bears a remarkable resemblance to Australia’s own Biosecurity Act. Are we the testing ground for repressive, tyrannical laws in other countries?

Arbitrary apprehension of citizens, detainment, forced medical treatment, vaccination.
Let me paint a scenario:
You live in a polluted city, so you have a low-level cough. On your flight to another state, the cough becomes worse because the air in the plane cabin is foul. Unknown to you, a passenger complains to a flight attendant. The passenger is a typical meddler. When you arrive at your destination, a health-agency employee is waiting at the gate for you. He apprehends you and takes you to a room, to decide whether you have a communicable disease. His first standard question-are you up to date on your vaccinations? And things go downhill from there…
It can get worse: the same story as above, except when the detained passenger is injected with a load of vaccines, he then becomes very ill, or even dies. Using plane passenger lists, health authorities search out and detain everyone who was on the flight, claiming the deceased passenger died as a result of a disease-not the vaccinations-and now all the passengers will be detained and “treated,” because they are “infected.”
New Doubts on Zika as Cause of Microcephaly
The Zika steam engine is chugging full-steam ahead. This virus, which was patented by a drug company more than 70 years ago, has never been associated with any significant health problems. But an increase in the condition microcephaly in Brazil, has led to worldwide panic. Within a period of weeks, the World Health Organisation (WHO) said that there was a scientific consensus (since when is science decided by consensus?) that Zika is the cause of microcephaly and a vaccine needed to be fast-tracked to market. That vaccine should be released within months – without proper testing or proof that Zika actually causes this condition. Brazilian health experts and government officials have publicly stated that the chemicals sprayed on crops are the most likely cause of this condition and suspicions have arisen that mandatory vaccination during pregnancy may also be involved, but these reports have not made it into the mainstream media so Zika vaccines will shortly be offered (mandated?) worldwide.
Brazil’s microcephaly epidemic continues to pose a mystery — if Zika is the culprit, why are there no similar epidemics in other countries also hit hard by the virus? In Brazil, the microcephaly rate soared with more than 1,500 confirmed cases. But in Colombia, a recent study of nearly 12,000 pregnant women infected with Zika found zero microcephaly cases. If Zika is to blame for microcephaly, where are the missing cases? Perhaps there is another reason for the epidemic in Brazil. According to a new report by the New England Complex Systems Institute (NECSI), the number of missing cases in Colombia and elsewhere raises serious questions about the assumed connection between Zika and microcephaly.
Glyphosate found in most vaccines
Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monstanto’s controversial toxic herbicide, Roundup, has been found to be a contaminant in most vaccines administered to children and adults. Glyphosate is associated with a range of serious conditions including cancer. To date, there is no explanation for the presence of Glyphosate in these shots.
